Job Overview

Salary: $17 per hour

We are seeking dedicated Remote Customer Service Representatives for a dynamic call center environment.

Note: This position is exclusively for residents of Vermont.

Attendance is crucial during the initial training period.

Applicants must possess their own equipment that meets our client's specifications.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls from consumers, including the general public and prospective enrollees, while adhering to all performance standards and confidentiality policies.
  • Document and track all inquiries using the designated systems.
  • Provide information regarding various processes and eligibility criteria.
  • Fulfill requests for materials via mail, email, or digital download.
  • Refer consumers to appropriate departments as per established protocols.
  • Escalate issues to designated personnel for resolution when necessary.
  • Assist non-English speaking callers by facilitating translation services.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to maintain current knowledge of all programs and systems.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 0-2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to manage incoming calls while adhering to performance standards and confidentiality policies.
  • Proficient in documenting inquiries accurately.
  • Capable of meeting quality assurance and performance metrics.
  • Willingness to assist with translation services as needed.
