Mortgage Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Support Specialist to join our team at Mount Family Group, LTD. As a key member of our mortgage operations team, you will provide administrative support to our Mortgage Loan Originators and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of mortgage loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily phone queue and provide back-up coverage for the front desk
- Monitor email volume and respond to borrower inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with mortgage loan application pipeline management, including tracking statuses and organizing documents
- Communicate with Realtors and borrowers regarding loan conditions, closing dates, and file issues
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
