Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for celebrity clients within the talent division.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on both immediate and strategic planning.
- Engage with media outlets, pitching stories to secure coverage for client projects, including music releases and promotional events.
- Guide junior staff and interns in their tasks.
- Identify potential business opportunities and assist in drafting proposals for review.
- Track media coverage of clients and monitor relevant social media platforms.
- Compile reports on events and maintain updated editorial calendars and media lists.
- Provide timely updates to the team and during staff meetings.
- Develop press materials such as press releases, media alerts, and brand presentations.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a public relations agency managing accounts.
- Experience in the entertainment sector, particularly with celebrity accounts in music and sports.
- Proven ability to work with high-profile talent and media.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Established relationships with media across various sectors.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of multitasking while delegating effectively.
- Portfolio showcasing significant press placements.
- Writing samples available for review.
