  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial documentation and provide support for the Cash Application function within the Finance Division.
  • Collect and organize credit card receipts for various managers, ensuring proper validation and electronic storage of documents.
  • Handle additional credit card-related tasks, focusing on maintenance and service requirements.
  • Arrange travel bookings for employees in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Acquire training in diverse Cash Application processes to offer backup support for the Cash Application Specialist.
  • Input data into multiple software systems, including customer portals.
  • Scan and archive various documents pertinent to the Finance Division.
  • Offer clerical assistance to other departments experiencing staffing shortages.
  • Engage in special projects across departments as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion regarding sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of self-awareness, adaptability, and integrity.
  • Proficient in data entry tasks.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and document management.
  • Capable of performing filing and record-keeping duties.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work an 8-hour shift on-site with flexible start times.
