AP Inventory Manager

At B&H Photo-Video-Pro Audio, we're committed to providing exceptional customer service and support. As the Accounts Payable Inventory Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate payment of all invoices made through our "Purchase to Pay" process.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to oversee the workflow and productivity of the AP team. You'll be responsible for delegating and prioritizing assignments, implementing procedural and policy changes to improve departmental efficiency, and ensuring accurate approval and processing of all invoices in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the workflow and productivity of all areas of the A/P Inventory department.
- Delegating and prioritizing assignments based on complexity and availability of team resources.
- Implementing procedural and policy changes to improve departmental efficiency.
- Ensuring accurate approval and processing of all invoices in a timely manner.
- Maintaining controls on payment disbursement process.
- Ensuring timely reconciliation, authorization, and payment of company credit card purchases in a timely manner.
We're looking for a detail-oriented and quick-thinking individual with a strong understanding of AP concepts and processes. If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and 2 years of managerial experience, we encourage you to apply.
