About the Position:**

  • This is an On-Call position that requires working various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the administrator and business office manager.
  • You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to residents, family members, and visitors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or customer service representative preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary:** $17 - $18 per hour depending on experience.
