**Restaurant Leadership Opportunity**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team in the Fort Wayne area. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining financial controls, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee restaurant daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Interview, hire, train, and discipline staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
  • Set the tone for a fun and family-friendly environment in the restaurant.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent and possession of all required documents.
  • Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience, preferably in high-volume fast food and/or quick casual concepts.
  • Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation required.
  • Consent to background screening, including criminal, driving, and drug screening.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented, and customer service-focused.
