Culinary Team Member Earning Potential:

The Position Specifics
The Culinary Team Member at Snooze is responsible for ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality, care, and craftsmanship. Our Line Cooks are the artisans behind the best pancakes around.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality, safety, and timely delivery of all dishes.
- Familiarize yourself with all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and safety protocols.
- Prepare a variety of food items using kitchen equipment such as knives, mixers, and food processors.
- Cook foods using ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and broilers.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.
- Handle all products in accordance with health standards and Snooze guidelines.

Is This Role For You?
Our Culinary Team Members are:
- Fun, energetic, and committed team players.
- Experienced, with a minimum of 1 year in the restaurant industry.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with at least 6 months in a high-volume setting preferred.
- Clear communicators with management.
- Physically capable of reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
