Key Responsibilities:
The Escrow Support Specialist will operate within a branch environment, providing essential assistance to the Escrow department. Responsibilities include delivering customer service and managing administrative tasks related to escrow transactions, primarily focusing on residential deals.
Job Level Summary:
• Intermediate roles necessitate a comprehensive understanding of functional responsibilities.
• Support from seasoned team members may be required based on task complexity.
• Work will be evaluated for new or intricate assignments.
• Offer a broad spectrum of assistance within a designated area.
• Adhere to established processes and procedures, troubleshoot as necessary, and propose improvements for operational efficiency.
Essential Functions:
• Execute a variety of administrative tasks to collect information and facilitate the escrow process.
• Responsibilities may encompass: initiating orders, entering closing statement data, preparing closing documents, and managing the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions.
• Relay requirements and pertinent information to clients.
• Interpret various agreements relevant to closing and prepare all necessary documentation for transactions.
Required Skills:
• Proficient customer service abilities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude consistently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems.
Educational Background:
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree. Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
