As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office supplies, and assisting our escrow teams with various tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage receptionist duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and processing deliveries and mail
  • Assist with opening new customer/client files into our database system
  • Maintain office supplies and work/copy room upkeep
  • Support escrow teams with various tasks and projects

**Requirements:**

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • A minimum of one year of administrative experience is required
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency is a must
  • Ability to work at our location (this is not a remote work position)
