About Our Center

Job Responsibilities
  • Direct Care: Provide individualized treatment to children with autism aged 2-3.
  • Assessment and Planning: Review medical records, plan and perform treatment programs, and document goals and progress.
  • Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment at various stages and adjust treatment to achieve maximum benefit.
  • Collaboration: Work with related services to provide individualized programming for each child.
  • IFSP Development: Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).

Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • State licensure or eligibility for state licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in the process of completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $85,000 per year.
