Technical Solutions Expert - ADP Lyric HCM

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team at ADP, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consulting and implementation services to our clients in line with agreed standards and timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine client requirements, conduct gap analysis, document, build, and configure solutions to meet these needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop executable plans that account for both functional and technical work streams of projects.
  • Provide best practice solutions based on customer-defined business needs and rules.
  • Succeed in implementing products and associated services within required timeframes.
  • Maintain open communication with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, including face-to-face, written, and verbal interactions.
  • Analyze risks, problems, and opportunities, establishing priorities and efficiently allocating resources for resolutions.
  • Apply project methodology, planning, follow-up, reporting, and quality assurance.
  • Monitor progress against specified criteria and deliverables, developing and implementing suitable corrective actions as needed.
  • Effectively communicate at all levels of seniority in various mediums, demonstrating personal integrity and professionalism in dealings with colleagues and clients.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise by staying up-to-date with technology and legislative developments related to the product.
  • Demonstrate high-level customer service across all internal and external stakeholders, operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Foster good working relationships with other associates in accordance with ADP values.
  • Ensure cooperation and sharing of skills and expertise.
  • Enter all relevant issues and activities into management systems.
  • Achieve team and individual KPIs.
  • Drive personal development plans.
  • Anticipate risks and capture them on ADP's Implementation Risk and Issues register, taking action accordingly and escalating to management when necessary.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews, share learnings, and ensure continuous improvement requirements.
Requirements:

We require a strong stakeholder manager with excellent customer service and consulting experience in an implementation/service delivery environment. Additionally, you should have demonstrated experience in an implementation environment, with a deep understanding of payroll, payroll applications, Time & Attendance processing, and project management methodology.

You should also possess a proven understanding of ADP management systems or corporate enterprise reporting systems, such as CRM, and experience with 'build and configuration' of products/systems. Strong ability to identify client risks and provide options for resolution is essential.

Proven experience in data mapping, data conversion, and data integrity, along with advanced understanding of interface technologies and data exchange between payroll and third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), is also required.

We prefer candidates with experience working in a matrix organisation for a US-owned organisation and those who can demonstrate experience working on multiple projects, prioritizing work, and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000-$110,000, depending on location and experience.

This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as cost of living, local market rates, and the level of responsibility involved in the position.
