Job Title: Paid Social Manager

This is a remote position and open to candidates who live in the US.

As a Paid Social Manager, you are expected to maintain a high level of knowledge of your clients' line of business (staying on top of industry trends, competitive, etc.).

Responsibilities:
  • Function as a leader and day-to-day liaison for all things Paid Social, internally and externally
  • Focus on the strategy development, execution, and optimization, of our client's Paid Social activities
  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop the long-term Paid Social strategy
  • Manage budgets and provide regular forecasting updates
  • Ability to effectively communicate Paid Social processes and tactics to peers, clients, and account team members
  • Compile industry research, industry landscape information, and platform intelligence for Paid Social strategy development and optimization
  • Stay abreast of new paid social developments and opportunities in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snap, Pinterest, etc. and incorporate into ongoing campaign management
  • Continually leverage new tactics & industry best practices to ensure our client remains a leader in paid social
  • Acts as point person for strategic paid social initiatives
  • Develops and follows a test and learn approach, with a keen eye for ad creative
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of Paid Social experience
  • Strong presentation and people skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrives in a remote work environment
  • Strong analytical and online research skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives
  • Detail-oriented
  • Works well under pressure and helps build office morale
  • Positive energy
  • Google Analytics certified a plus
  • Team player. Strong desire to collaborate with internal and client teams
  • Ability to complete tasks and projects independently
  • Appreciates a remote position with autonomy and flexibility
