Healthcare Navigator

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to fill a Healthcare Navigator position near Denver, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate care coordination, supporting patients throughout their healthcare experience, from diagnosis to recovery and follow-up.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement tailored, patient-centered care plans.
Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of patient care, keeping records up-to-date for healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Colorado, or eligibility to secure one before starting.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is mandatory.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (can be obtained upon hire).
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, especially in inpatient or outpatient orthopedic settings.
