About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to lead our team of talented recruiters. As our Vice President of Recruitment, you'll be responsible for driving the growth and development of our recruitment team, while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent in the light industrial, manufacturing, and hospitality sectors.
  • Strategize and Innovate: Collaborate with our team to design and execute creative recruitment campaigns that meet the needs of our clients and candidates.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, community partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Measure Success: Track key performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize impact and drive team success.
  • Champion Diversity: Advocate for diversity and inclusion, ensuring our recruitment practices reflect our commitment to a more equitable workforce.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment and team leadership, ideally within the light industrial, manufacturing, or hospitality sectors.
  • A passion for supporting New Americans and a strong understanding of their unique challenges in the job market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
  • A strategic mindset with a knack for problem-solving and innovative thinking.
  • Familiarity with remote team dynamics and a love for collaboration.
What We Offer
  • A competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 and commission.
