Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Analyst to join our team at California ISO.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Serve as a central point of contact for facility vendor activity, researching and evaluating proposals to recommend contract options.
* Partner with service managers to ensure mutual compliance of contract terms and conditions.
* Assist the department manager in ensuring contracted services meet fiscal goals and department contractor budget requirements.
* Coordinate reconciliation of accounts and contractor budget reporting requirements.
* Advise management of discrepancies and facilitate resolution of issues.
* Validate and process department invoices and enter purchase requisitions for vendor services and contract renewals.

**Facilities Project Coordination:**
