Job Title: Membership Specialist

UFC GYM - Northern California is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our brand to the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Appointment Booking: Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and book membership appointments, meeting or exceeding monthly goals.
  • Guest Touring and Membership Presentations: Provide fitness tours to guests, present membership options, and ensure a seamless sales process, resulting in high conversion rates.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, respond to member inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Miscellaneous: Maintain a clean and operational facility, adhere to uniform policies, and participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
