The Sales and Front Desk Associate plays a vital role at Scenthound, concentrating on promoting memberships while delivering outstanding service to each client.

We seek a driven team player who is enthusiastic about sales and customer service. A successful Sales and Front Desk Associate is approachable, self-driven, an independent thinker, and a devoted dog enthusiast.

Responsibilities:
- Promote membership sales through education on health and wellness
- Achieve key performance metrics, including average ticket price and rebooking ratios, through memberships, service add-ons, and retail sales
- Generate membership leads and follow up with prospective members
- Manage phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain customer profiles and records
- Handle cash transactions responsibly
- Manage customer expectations, address concerns, and ensure membership retention
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area in accordance with Scenthound standards
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Scenter Manager

Skills and Competencies:
- Confidence in selling services and products
- Ability to connect with customers (both canine and human) and deliver exceptional service
- Capacity to learn about our offerings and educate dog owners, reflecting our values and culture
