Urologist Position at Veterans Affairs

We are seeking a highly skilled Urologist to join our team at the Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration. As a Urologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our urology program.
Responsibilities- Provide urological care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery
- Participate in the development and implementation of urology program goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest urology research and best practices
- Contribute to the education and training of medical students and residents
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of a urology residency program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)
- Board certification in urology or eligibility for board certification
- Current licensure to practice medicine in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
