Role Overview

This LPN position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with mental health needs. As part of our team, you will provide direct care and support to clients in a crisis setting, utilizing your clinical skills and knowledge to promote their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine nursing care for clients, including vital sign checks, wound care, and medication administration.
  • Maintain accurate and complete health records, documenting client progress and any concerns or issues.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care and address client needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account client goals and preferences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in Tennessee.
  • Experience working in a crisis setting or with individuals with mental health needs preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 250 pounds, and frequent exposure to unpleasant odors.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required (training provided).

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $44,799 - $56,335 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
