Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Center Representative II to join our team at Cornerstone Community Financial Credit Union. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, addressing inquiries, and delivering financial solutions to our valued members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize a consultative approach to identify opportunities and deliver personalized financial solutions, including account opening, loan processing, and other duties as assigned.
  • Respond to member inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring each member receives outstanding service.
  • Process transactions, update account information, and document member interactions in our core system with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Foster collaboration with internal departments to ensure seamless service for our membership.
  • Research and resolve complex situations, collaborating with internal departments as necessary.
  • Perform department-related support duties, including scanning, faxes, and daily reports.
Requirements
  • 6-24 months of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
  • A high school degree or GED is required.
  • Courtesy and tact are essential elements of the job.
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult member interactions.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain notary designation.
  • Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in calculator use.
  • Ability to multitask effectively between multiple systems.
