ROLE SUMMARY

As a vital member of our banquet team, you will be responsible for preparing and setting up food and beverage stations in accordance with the Banquet Event Order. Your duties will include arranging tables, action stations, buffets, and service carts to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating specific meal requirements, dietary restrictions, and special requests to the kitchen staff.
  • Clearing tables and ensuring that they are properly maintained throughout the event.
  • Replenishing buffet items to maintain freshness and presentation standards.
  • Monitoring tableware to ensure it is presentable and meets guest expectations.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your assigned service areas.

It is essential to adhere to all safety and security protocols, report any incidents or unsafe conditions to management, and complete necessary training and certifications. You will also be expected to maintain a professional appearance and uphold the confidentiality of proprietary information.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Less than one year of relevant experience is preferred.

Supervisory Experience: Not required.

Licenses or Certifications: None required.
