Main Event Entertainment is seeking a skilled Server Support Associate to join our team. As a Server Support Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist servers with refills, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables to maintain a clean and efficient dining area.
  • Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, anticipating guests' needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Support servers with aspects of service, including greeting guests and taking drink orders.
  • Uphold our cleanliness and safety standards, maintaining a spotless dining area.

Requirements:

  • Prior food and beverage experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Guest-focused mindset and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
