Job Opportunity

Brownswood Nursery is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a New Business Development professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail/wholesale experience or equivalent customer service experience
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interact with clients and potential customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to handle physical activity such as lifting, loading, bending, crouching, and moving plant material and bagged soils
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
