We are seeking a highly skilled MES Data Engineer to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain MES systems to support production and business needs
- Map business processes and material flows into an MES Factory Model
- Define and set standards for MES flows, physical flows, and MES item enrichment
- Collaborate with business users to define and maintain process flows, work instructions, and quality information needs
- Lead sprint testing and define testing scripts for system enhancements
- Develop and deliver training activities for MES and other manufacturing systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience working with MES tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
