Data Engineering Manager

At Blend360, we're seeking a seasoned Data Engineering Manager to lead our team of data engineers in delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions using leading technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Spark, and Hadoop.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of data engineers in delivering data solutions that meet client requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines and scalable analytic tools
Develop and maintain cloud data solutions using AWS, Azure, and GCP
Ensure data security and compliance with enterprise coding best practices
Requirements
5+ years of experience in data engineering with a passion for data and cloud technologies
Strong understanding of Python, SQL, and cloud ecosystems
Expert-level code architecture experience and knowledge of CI/CD practices
Excellent people management and presentation skills
Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud DWs
