Key Responsibilities

  • Classroom Management: Establish a high degree of student/instructor rapport, maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, and ensure the security of equipment, curriculum, and supplies.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare and submit reports, requisitions, and evaluations of student performance in a timely manner, assisting the manager during scheduled property inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in the required subject area, with certification to teach in the state where the center is located.
  • Experience: One year of experience in a teaching capacity with disadvantaged youth, with excellent communication, organizational, and motivational skills.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of the required subject area, excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $66,560 - $75,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
