Client Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Massage Envy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting the value of total body care, and driving member retention through outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients upon arrival, scheduling services, answering phone calls, addressing questions and concerns, protecting client confidentiality, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Promote the value of total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
- Drive member retention through outreach via phone and email to current members.
Requirements:
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for clients.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, employees receive a range of benefits, including competitive pay, opportunities for career growth and development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
