Job Overview

Infinia Search Inc. is seeking a skilled Client Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, handling inquiries, and resolving issues.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with 3-5 years of experience in a customer service environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle 30-50 calls and emails per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform data entry and other tasks related to payments and account collections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is highly desirable, associate's preferred.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to handle 30-50 calls and emails per day.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
