As a Human Services Professor, you will be responsible for teaching courses related to human services, chemical dependency, and general clinical counseling. Your duties will include demonstrating skill and/or knowledge in teaching discipline, making continuous efforts to improve the quality of instruction by reviewing and utilizing innovative methodologies, techniques, and delivery methods.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Services or Behavioral Sciences and a minimum of three years of experience in the field of human services or related area. They should possess a wide range of clinical skills, including basic counseling, group counseling, assessment, counseling theories, family systems, and substance abuse.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The estimated cost of living in Houston is below the national average, making it an attractive location for professionals looking to relocate.
