Program Manager Job Description

Cloverleaf Equine Center is seeking an experienced Therapeutic Riding Program Manager to lead our therapeutic riding programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with disabilities and a strong background in equine-assisted therapy.

Job Summary

The Therapeutic Riding Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of our therapeutic riding programs, including planning and executing one-day programs, assisting with client evaluations and registration process, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of therapeutic riding programs
  • Plan and execute one-day programs
  • Assist with client evaluations and registration process
  • Maintain accurate records for clients and sessions
  • Collect and organize program statistics
  • Assist with accreditation and maintenance of PATH Int'l Standards
  • Educate team on new and existing technology

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, spreadsheets, database, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Able to bend, twist, and lift to facilitate rider mounts and dismounts
  • Able to stand for 3+ hours
  • Able to work in all weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

  • PATh Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
