Administrative Support Specialist

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the central finance team, primarily focusing on the global Internal Audit and Investor Relations functions. This position also provides administrative support to the global tax and central controlling teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Arrange travel, obtain travel Visas, and manage expense reporting
• Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and events
• Record meeting minutes and maintain accurate records
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees globally
• Prepare purchase requisitions, SOWs, and accounts payable invoicing for vendors
• Develop and issue IA Reports, maintain KPIs for the IA department, and prepare presentation materials
• Coordinate and support Investor Relations events, including conferences, onsite visits, and earnings reporting
Requirements
• Proven ability to work as a team player and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with the ability to rapidly develop professional presentations and documents
• Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook, with technical competence in operating office equipment
• Ability to travel locally as needed and work independently with excellent attention to detail
• Integrity, accountability, and high ethical standards
Qualifications
• Three or more years of administrative experience in a large, global enterprise
• Valid driver's license and transportation
