Medication Care Specialist

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Medication Care Specialist to join our team. As a Medication Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
Responsibilities:- Administer medication and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner.
- Review and document medication administration records.
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely medication administration.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or medication needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications in medication administration and CPR/First Aid.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
