Design, deliver, and administer domestic and international benefit plans to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.

Requirements
  1. Experience and Education

10+ years of progressively more responsible experience with a broad spectrum of benefit programs, including vendor experience, clinical experience, and/or CEBS certification.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and technical competence with Microsoft products, HRIS systems, and benefits databases.

Analytical and Project Management Skills

Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of self-funded plans, with the ability to develop, understand, and evaluate benefit proposals (RFPs).

Regulatory Knowledge and Compliance

Knowledge of key benefits contract language, federal and state regulations, filing, and compliance requirements.

Leadership and Collaboration

Excellent project management and time management skills to balance multiple projects and shifting priorities, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
