Rag & Bone is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. This full-time position requires 32-40 hours per week and offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Job Description

The Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring sales goals are consistently met and service standards are executed according to company guidelines. This individual will act as an extension of store management, leading and mentoring Sales Associates on service standards and adherence to company policy.

This role involves:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and clienteling expertise
  • Meeting store and metric goals
  • Growing and managing clientele
  • Supporting senior management with product knowledge delivery to staff
  • Fostering team selling opportunities
  • Promoting the Rag & Bone brand philosophy and lifestyle
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum 2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
  • Contemporary or luxury retail knowledge preferred but not required
