Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our patients and align with the goals of Vibra Healthcare.
  • Lead a team of rehabilitation professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation services, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of rehabilitation services into the overall care plan.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and excellence in rehabilitation services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology).
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a physical therapist, occupational therapist, or speech-language pathologist in the state of employment.
  • Minimum five years of experience in a rehabilitation setting, with at least three years in a leadership or management role.
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in an allied health field.
  • Three years of management experience in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to remain calm under stress or in emergency situations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
