Your primary responsibility will be to process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. You will identify guest reservation needs and determine the appropriate room type, verifying availability and rates.
You will also be responsible for explaining guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers, accommodating and documenting special requests, and answering questions about property facilities and services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
