Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Cook to join our team at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing menu items according to company policies, procedures, and performance standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and Cooking: Cooks and prepares menu items according to guest request within company standards and following food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Stock Management: Stocks and rotates products on cooking line.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Uses, maintains, and cleans all kitchen line equipment, plus preparation and storage areas.

 

Requirements:
  • Sanitation and Safety: Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service taught through in-house training.
  • Communication: Must be able to communicate clearly.

 

Physical Requirements:
  • Physical Abilities: Must have high level of mobility/flexibility, coordination, and ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for distances up to 30 feet.

 

Compensation and Benefits:
