Given your constant interaction with residents and their families, this position demands a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.
The Facilities Operations Manager will ensure the upkeep of both the interior and exterior physical premises, equipment, and grounds. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and developing housekeeping and maintenance personnel. You will also be responsible for procuring, managing, and tracking supplies and equipment related to housekeeping and maintenance.Benefits

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance, including HVAC systems, plumbing, mechanical, electrical work, minor construction, and related repairs to ensure resident comfort and safety, as well as preventive maintenance of the facility and grounds.
