Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing procurement documents and agreements for materials needed to execute project deliverables.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals and technical evaluations to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Prepare and submit purchase order documents for final approval.
  • Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain order acknowledgments and track shipments.
  • Assist in expediting vendor submittals to support detailed design and delivery of equipment and materials.
  • Prepare procurement status reports and expediting reports to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Research and qualify potential suppliers to provide required goods or services.
  • Prepare procurement packages to engineering and project specifications.
  • Verify supplier pricing, quantity, reliability, and industry experience.
  • Assist with compiling Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, including documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Research pricing information and compare prices and quotations.
  • Compile and present cost comparison and analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Law, or Construction-related field.
  • Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
  • Oracle Financial R12 software experience preferred.
