We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of our international luxury goods client.

**Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year**
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial integrity of the organization. Your expertise will help us maintain our status as a leader in the luxury goods market.
**Job Description**
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and analyses to support our strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and assist with external audit preparations.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for business performance improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with international team members and external partners.
