A reputable Commercial General Contractor seeks a seasoned Senior Estimator to contribute to their organization's success. With a rich history spanning over half a century, this company provides General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design/Build services to select clients. Their expertise lies in ground-up construction and renovations across various market sectors, with projects typically ranging from $5-50 million.

Estimator Responsibilities:
  • Prepare bid documents, including plans and specifications
  • Engage in preconstruction communications
  • Maintain organized job folders
  • Develop conceptual budgets and project costs based on quantity surveys in collaboration with senior staff
Estimator Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Estimator for a licensed Commercial General Contractor on projects exceeding $10M
  • A four-year degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Architecture, Engineering, or up to four years of directly related field experience
