Primary Care Solutions Manager

AllCare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Primary Care Solutions Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves leading sales efforts for our innovative primary care packages, targeting senior living facilities, assisted living communities, and hospice care providers.
Job Description:
- Drive sales growth and expand market reach through strategic planning and execution.
- Build strong relationships with facility administrators, care coordinators, and decision-makers to understand their needs and propose tailored healthcare solutions.
- Cultivate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships to achieve regional revenue goals.
- Present compelling pitches and articulate the benefits of AllCare's primary care packages to target audiences.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience in the medical care or senior care services sector, with at least 2 years in sales leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive healthcare environment.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and present compelling solutions.
- CRM expertise, preferably in Salesforce or HubSpot, to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000, complemented by a generous commission structure.
