Account Management Duties:
* - Keep precise records of customer account activities, including current and overdue accounts
* - Evaluate overdue accounts and engage with customers both in-person and via phone to encourage timely payments

Store Oversight:
* - Support the Store Manager in training staff and providing supervision in their absence
* - Assist in overseeing daily operations as required

Showroom & Backroom Maintenance:
* - Restore merchandise to a like-new condition
* - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the showroom, backroom, and all store areas, including vacuuming and dusting

Delivery & Pickup Assistance:
* - Aid in loading and unloading vehicles as needed, following safety protocols to protect colleagues, customers, and merchandise
* - Help deliver merchandise using company vehicles to customer residences
* - Assist in the installation and setup of merchandise, providing customers with proper usage instructions
* - Support the retrieval of merchandise from customer homes as necessary
