Job Summary:

The Associate Project Manager plays a pivotal role in facilitating the planning, execution, and successful culmination of projects, guided by the Project Manager. This position requires a proactive and organized individual equipped with robust communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities encompass supporting project managers, ensuring on-time and within-budget project delivery, all while prioritizing the delivery of exceptional customer service.

This is a Full-Time, In-Person position out of our Houston, TX office.

Key Responsibilities:


Act as a point of contact with general contractors, representatives, dealers, and clients, ensuring effective communication regarding project updates, changes, and milestones.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.

Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure that project tasks align with overall business objectives.

Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.

Conduct regular reviews of project work to identify and address any quality issues promptly.

Proactively address challenges and obstacles to keep the project on track.

Implement process improvements based on feedback and experiences from previous projects.

Utilize advanced software tools, including SalesForce, AutoCAD, and Autoquotes, to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.

Address and resolve customer concerns or issues to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management) preferred.

1+ Years work experience in the construction management, manufacturing or Food Service Equipment Industry.

PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (SalesForce/AutoCAD/Autoquotes).

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Strong working knowledge of common computer platforms including Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Teams.
