About the Role
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve store efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Execute and adapt to new company initiatives related to externalization and sustainability within the supply chain.
  • Allocate resources to tasks according to actual needs through strong scheduling management.
  • Anticipate and organize shop floor and stockroom based on forecast and trend.
  • Develop and train the team on store operations and standard procedures.
  • Work with the General Manager to ensure Health and Safety procedures are respected and there are no safety hazards in the store.
  • Collaborate with the Register and Technology Manager to ensure all store devices are in good condition.
  • Oversee the performance of external stockroom teams (if applicable).
  • Protect customer experience through strong implementation of traffic flow.
  • Organize the register area, including team, schedule, and customer flow.
  • Monitor store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all aspects related to People, Process, and Product.
  • Implement and follow Cellular organization daily and weekly plans.
  • Manage and maintain the capacity of the stockroom, ensuring quality and care of garments.
  • Ensure Back of House organization, cleanliness, and tidiness of working areas and devices.
Requirements
  • Previous fashion retail management experience (min. 3 years).
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Previous cash handling experience.
  • Results-based approach.
  • Excellent analyzing, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and delegate tasks.
  • Articulate with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong numerate and literacy skills.
  • Energetic & enthusiastic with good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong initiative & self-motivation.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Open/flexible to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Ability to maintain professional standards of personal presentation.
  • Passion for fashion.
