Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our capital projects and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for capital projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project objectives and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement project metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in capital projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and other project management tools.
