As a Client Services Associate at Fisher Investments, you'll be part of our dynamic International Private Client Group, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for our Canadian clients.

The Opportunity:

You'll collaborate with your US and Canadian colleagues to provide top-notch support to our high net worth clients. Your daily efforts will directly impact our customers' satisfaction by managing all operational aspects of the relationship. You'll work closely with multiple internal departments, including portfolio management and sales.

Through your daily work, you'll enjoy numerous opportunities to learn about our organization and chart your career path. You'll report directly to your Team Leader, who will coach and support your development.

The Day-to-Day:
  • Communicate effectively with high net worth Canadian clients and our partner firms
  • Work with Investment Counselors to fulfill operational requests from clients
  • Help onboard new clients by establishing new accounts and resolving documentation and transfer issues
  • Provide long-term account maintenance for existing clients
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Commitment to maintaining quality work while adhering to timelines
  • Ability to meet challenges head-on
  • Introspective and willing to learn from setbacks
  • Engaging communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Desire to immerse yourself in a new culture and regulatory environment as we expand globally
  • Ability to maintain client focus and find suitable solutions in ambiguous situations
Compensation:

$55,000 - $70,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience

Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
