Position Title: Sales Support/Bid Coordinator

Company Overview: Delivering exceptional support throughout the sales process and enhancing customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the network in various operational tasks.
  • Address customer inquiries, manage pricing adjustments, resolve UPC discrepancies, and provide support for billing and credit issues.
  • Facilitate the conversion of NSC items to comparable PJP stock items.
  • Coordinate updates for accounts, relay important network information, and troubleshoot delivery challenges.
  • Manage the bidding process, including legal considerations, pricing strategies, and contract arrangements.
  • Supervise order management, review customer configurations, and maintain accurate reporting.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Sales Managers and Representatives, producing detailed Excel reports.
  • Oversee pricing, order processing, and partner communications.
  • Engage in various projects as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is mandatory; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • Preferred experience of 2 years in customer service roles.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with sales teams, clients, and management.
  • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to carry out tasks with professionalism and discretion.
