Requirements:
  • Active licensure and good standing with the Ohio State Bar Association.
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in complex commercial collections and real estate collections, working in a US law firm.
  • Ability to work full-time, onsite, and represent clients in court, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits:

$35.00 to $40.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
